Integrative therapy involves drawing on techniques from a variety of therapeutic approaches to treat a client’s unique problem. Integrative therapy allows me to be more flexible in my work with you, instead of being restricted to a particular methodology or school of thought. The goal of this is to improve the efficacy and efficiency of treatment and adapt it to the specific needs of the individual.

Growth is an ever-evolving journey and we sometimes need help in navigating around the changes that comes with it. I provide a safe, accommodating and confidential space where you can be vulnerable, be your authentic self and speak your truth as you explore your thoughts and feelings without feeling judged.
Our work together will be like having a tool box, where you will develop skills that can be used as tools for you to be better equipped at navigating through/around some of life's difficult moments. By the end of our therapeutic work, you will be more confident and in-tuned with yourself. You will be more aware of your personal needs, enabling you to gain a better overall understanding of yourself.
